Heres a video that even the gamers will like =) You can even use a Wiimote for an RC car.
Heres what the author had to say:
Using the Wiimote as Radio for an RC - Car. Wiimote Bluetooth Signal is received by Notebook - Sends the computed Signals via serial Port to hardware which generates Signal for pupil connector.
