Here is part 5/8 of wonderfulcat’s quest in taking a Honda Ricky Carmichael Electric RC Motorcycle and converting it into a Nitro RC Motorcycle. Its amazing watching him turn a Radio Shack grade RC bike into a hobby grade RC bike.

Well this is the first rough bolt together of the Ricky nitro bike. This is the first time I’ve gone beyond the point of no return (I’ve cut the aluminium side panel to accomadate the engine, so there’s no going back now). All along I’ve tried to do everything, without damaging the bike so that I could always put it back as a stock electric one if anything went wrong. I now need to take it apart again just to remount things a bit to make sure it sits tight but the cogs move freely. I hope to have some smoke in the next video!
